Vehicle gates
The iDUHF reader reads vehicle tags at up to 15 meters, stores up to 200,000 users and works with most garage door and gate controllers. It is IP65 rated for dust and water. RFID-based credentials are also supported.
Visitors at the gate
The video intercom has a directory and accepts facial identification, QR codes, PIN codes, cards and fobs. Residents answer calls in the app and open the gate from anywhere. Visitor passes expire automatically.
Pools, gyms and clubrooms
Luxer Access controls gyms, pools, clubrooms and other amenity spaces, and every entry is logged by time, door and credential. Scheduled access can be set for vendors and recurring visitors.
Package rooms

Gates and Amenities: FAQs
Can residents open the community gate for a guest from their phone?
Yes. With Luxer Access, a visitor calls from the video intercom, the resident sees them on video in the app and unlocks remotely. Residents can also send a visitor pass or temporary PIN that expires automatically.
What replaces old gate remotes at an apartment community?
Luxer Access supports vehicle access with the iDUHF tag reader and RFID-based credentials, managed in the same dashboard as every door, so access can be revoked instantly.
Can we see who has been using the pool and gym?
Yes. Luxer Access logs every entry to pools, gyms, clubrooms and other amenity spaces by time, door and credential, so managers can pull the history.
Do delivery drivers need the gate code?
No. Luxer Access carrier access gives drivers managed entry to delivery areas, and residents can issue visitor passes or temporary PINs, so a shared gate code is not needed.
Do I need Luxer One lockers to use Luxer Access?
No. Luxer Access works on its own at any apartment community or building, new or existing. If you add Luxer One® package lockers later, the two connect natively and share one support team.
