What is the best access control for student housing move-in?

Can students use their phones instead of key fobs?
Yes. With Luxer Access, a smartphone works as the primary credential through the app or Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and Wallet credentials work without cell or internet service. Fobs and cards are also available.
Can access be limited to certain floors or amenities in student housing?
Yes. Luxer Access controls elevators, floor access, amenity spaces and individual apartment doors, so each credential opens only the doors it should.
How do student residents let guests in?
