This Privacy Policy explains how Luxer One Locker Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit locker-solutions.com and related domains we operate. This page is maintained by the site owner to answer common privacy questions; it is not a third-party certification.

Information we collect

• Information you submit through our lead form — name, email, phone, company / property name, unit count, product interest, city or ZIP, and any notes.
• Automatically collected data — IP address (used for geolocation only, not stored with your form submission), browser and device details, pages viewed, referrer, and timestamped events (form views, step completes, submits, errors).
• Marketing attribution — UTM parameters, click IDs (gclid, fbclid, etc.), and referrer captured on landing.

Trackers running on this site

• Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-9RM1J3833N) — page views, form funnel events, and conversion measurement. Loads only after consent for California visitors.
• Google Ads (conversion ID AW-17977294618) — conversion tracking for paid campaigns. Loads only after consent for California visitors.
• Server-side Measurement Protocol mirror — a duplicate event stream we send from our servers to GA4. It is gated on the same consent decision as the browser-side pixels.
• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — our database and authentication backend, used to store form submissions, consent decisions, and application data.
• Slack — inbound leads are relayed to our internal Slack channel for sales follow-up.

How we use it

• Respond to your quote request and follow up by phone or email.
• Measure site performance and improve the lead experience.
• Measure the effectiveness of paid advertising campaigns.
• Detect abuse and prevent spam submissions.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share identifiers, device information, and behavioral data with Google (Analytics and Ads) for advertising measurement and audience building — under CPRA this may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor GPC signals sent by your browser. If your browser sends a GPC header, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not load Google Analytics or Google Ads pixels for your session.
