Which doors and entry points can Luxer Access control?
Any entry point — main building entrances, gyms, pools, clubrooms, parking garages, gates, elevators, maintenance doors, floor access, and individual units.
Can Luxer Access lock individual apartment doors?
Yes. Luxer Access supports unit-level door locks in addition to building-wide access.
How do I add or remove resident access when someone moves in or out?
Access can be granted or revoked instantly from the dashboard without being on-site. With PMS integration, lease-based access expires automatically when a lease ends. Bulk onboarding handles large move-in periods.
Does Luxer Access integrate with property management software?
Yes — Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, MRI, and more.
Can I manage multiple properties from one dashboard?
Yes. Role-based permissions let regional managers see their portfolio while on-site staff only see their building. Audit logs are available across every location.
Does Luxer Access work with existing door hardware?

What happens if the power or internet goes out?
Locks fail secure with battery backup, so residents with existing credentials can still get in. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet credentials work without cell or Wi-Fi.
Do I need a key fob or can I use my phone?
Your smartphone is your primary credential through the app or Apple/Google Wallet. Physical fobs and access cards are also available if you prefer.

Yes.
Does the same credential open the package room and the lockers?
Yes. One resident credential covers building entry, the smart package room door, and the Luxer One® locker bank — and one carrier credential does the same for delivery drivers, so a courier is not stopped between the front door and the lockers.
