Yes. Luxer Access supports vehicle access with RFID credentials and long-range readers that work with most garage door and gate controllers, managed in the same dashboard as your doors.
Can amenity access follow a schedule?
Yes. Access groups and schedules are built in, so pools, clubhouses and fitness rooms open only for the residents and hours you set.
How do guests get in?
Residents send a visitor pass or temporary PIN from the app, and it expires on its own. They can also see visitors on video and unlock the door from their phone.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. Luxer Access is modular, so you can start with the gate or the pool and add doors, garages or unit locks later.
Do I need Luxer One lockers to use Luxer Access?
No. Luxer Access works on its own at any apartment community or building, new or existing. If you add Luxer One® package lockers later, the two connect natively and share one support team.
