During design, so doors, wiring and hardware are specified together. Luxer Access provides specification tools for architects and one vendor managing specifications through installation and go-live.
Can Luxer Access use our existing door hardware?
In many cases, yes. Compatibility depends on current wiring, locks and other systems, so each property gets an assessment.
Which doors should an apartment access control plan cover?
Usually the main entries, garages and gates, amenity spaces, delivery areas, maintenance doors and, where wanted, individual units. Luxer Access can control all of these from one dashboard.
Can Luxer help us switch from another access control system?
Yes. Luxer provides implementation support and can help migrate resident data during the switchover.
Do I need Luxer One lockers to use Luxer Access?
No. Luxer Access works on its own at any apartment community or building, new or existing. If you add Luxer One® package lockers later, the two connect natively and share one support team.
