Does Luxer Access work for condo associations, not just apartments?
Luxer Access is built for multifamily buildings, and the same tools fit a condo building or HOA: control of any entry point, unit-level locks, phone and fob credentials, video intercom and a full audit trail. We scope your doors, gates and amenities during an assessment.
What happens when a unit sells?
The manager turns off the seller's credentials from the dashboard and issues new ones to the buyer. Nothing needs rekeying, and the change is recorded in the audit trail.
Does it work with our management software?
Luxer Access integrates with major property management platforms including Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio and MRI. If your association uses other software, credentials are managed directly in the Luxer Access dashboard.
Can owners let guests in while they are away?
Yes. Owners send a visitor pass or temporary PIN from the app that expires on its own, or see the visitor on video and unlock the door from their phone.
Can we keep our existing door hardware?
Often, yes. Existing hardware can be integrated in many cases, depending on the current wiring and locks, so every property gets an assessment first.
