What access control works for a build-to-rent community?

Can build-to-rent residents unlock their homes with their phones?
Yes. Residents can unlock doors remotely from the Luxer Access app, and smartphones work as credentials through the app or Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Every lock also has a PIN code backup.
Can prospects tour build-to-rent homes on their own?
Yes. Luxer Access self-guided tours provide temporary credentialed access to model or vacant homes and amenities, with a full audit trail.
How do residents let in guests and service providers?
In the Luxer Access app, residents create visitor passes or temporary PINs for guests and service providers, and visitor credentials expire automatically. Managers can also set scheduled access for vendors and recurring visitors.
Do I need Luxer One lockers to use Luxer Access?
No. Luxer Access works on its own at any apartment community or building, new or existing. If you add Luxer One® package lockers later, the two connect natively and share one support team.
