Can each bedroom have its own lock?
Luxer Access supports unit-level door locks alongside building and common-area doors. Whether individual bedrooms inside a shared unit can be credentialed depends on the layout and lock hardware, so we confirm it during the assessment.
How fast can a new member get access?
Access can be granted instantly from the dashboard, and the member's phone becomes their key through the app or Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
What happens when a member leaves early?
Revoke their access from the dashboard in seconds, from anywhere. With PMS integration, ending the lease removes access automatically.
