A practical migration guide for property managers: what to check in your Quadient contract, how the swap works day-of, and what residents actually experience.
Operators leaving Parcel Pending (Quadient) usually cite three things: slower support response as Quadient's multifamily focus has diffused, a resident experience they want to improve, and a need for refrigerated lockers for grocery and meal-kit deliveries. If any of those match your situation, this guide walks through the switch.

Most Parcel Pending (Quadient) contracts run 36–60 months. Exit terms vary. In practice most operators either time the switch to their renewal window or negotiate a buyout when the labor and support savings from Luxer One® justify it. Locker Solutions can help review your contract at no cost.
Plan on 6 to 10 weeks from order to live for a Parcel Pending to Luxer One® swap, including contract review, site survey, hardware lead time, and resident onboarding. The physical install takes 1 day indoor and 2 to 3 days outdoor. We schedule the swap so residents have less than 48 hours without a locker system.
Residents are notified 2 weeks ahead. During the physical swap window (typically a single day), carriers hold packages or drop at the leasing office. New Luxer One® credentials arrive by SMS and email the day of activation.
Yes. Luxer One® has established carrier relationships with all major carriers. We coordinate the carrier notification and credential provisioning as part of the install so there is no delivery gap.
Locker Solutions manages hardware removal and disposal or return-to-Quadient logistics depending on your contract terms. Your team does not have to coordinate with Quadient during the swap.
Luxer One® hardware pricing is comparable to Parcel Pending, and through Locker Solutions you get a written Price Protection Guarantee. Most switching operators cite lower ongoing service costs and faster support response as the bigger financial win.
